Substance abuse impacts all members of the family. As the illness of chemical dependency progresses, the home environment becomes unstable, leading to an overall physical, emotional and spiritual deterioration of the family system. Our family treatment services team helps non-abusing family members cope with the dependency of other family members. By attending group sessions, family members learn to take better care of themselves while acquiring skills to help the substance abusing person get the treatment they need.
