The NAVIGATE program is designed for youth/young adults ages 15-30 years of age who have experienced a first episode of psychosis inclusive of diagnosis in the schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Our goal is to provide low barrier access to early interventions at the beginning of their illness to instill hope, provide education and ensure connection to necessary services to treat the illness.
